Next Act Collective is an English-language theatre collective based in Eindhoven. We bring stories to the stage and create opportunities for people to connect, collaborate and grow through theatre.
We bring people together to make English-language theatre, build lasting connections and create memorable nights for audiences.
A lasting creative home in Eindhoven, where people from different backgrounds can belong, grow and keep making theatre together.
Theatre brings together performance, writing, design, music, movement and the practical work of making a show happen. There are many ways to contribute and plenty to learn from one another.
We want the connections to continue between productions. We are building towards that through thoughtful planning, partnerships and respect for the time and energy people give.
We listen, share ideas and recognise the work behind the work. Everyone has a part in looking after the group.
We respect consent and boundaries, make expectations clear and take concerns seriously. Trust gives people room to try, speak up and take creative risks.
Experience has something to teach us. So does a fresh perspective. We welcome different starting points and ask everyone to bring curiosity, commitment and care.
Play, laughter and friendship are part of the work. We make room for them by showing up, preparing well and looking after one another.
Tell us what you enjoy making and what you would like to learn. We work together to find a contribution that fits your interests and what the production needs.
Time, skill, money, materials and practical help all matter. We agree what each role involves, recognise the work and make paid and voluntary arrangements clear.
In 2025, a group of actors and makers — originally calling themselves the Second Act Collective — brought Pride and Prejudice to Blue Collar Theater in Eindhoven, in partnership with Van Piere Bookstore. The production sold out. That group helped bring Next Act Collective together.
Next Act Collective grew from that wish to continue. In 2026, we began building a home for the friendships, ideas and shared work that had taken shape around the production.
This December, Pride and Prejudice returns at Pand P. The Mysteries of Northanger Abbey is next in development. Each production is a chance to welcome new people and give the collective another story to tell.

Beata, Renske and Adam bring together creative direction, writing, production and the practical work of keeping the collective going.

Beata directs, acts, teaches workshops and leads productions. With training in pedagogy and social sciences and more than fifteen years of acting experience, she cares about the work on stage and the room in which it is made.

Renske writes, acts and leads productions. A published author of Young Adult fantasy, she also teaches creative writing, organises book clubs and interviews writers. She brings a close eye for story, period and detail to our Austen productions.

Adam leads business development, marketing and partnerships. Drawing on entrepreneurship and project management, he helps turn creative plans into productions the collective can sustain.
