Not the fun part of the site, but an honest one. Here is exactly what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Next Act Collective is an informal creative community in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. We are not yet a registered legal entity. When this policy says "we", it means the people running this website. Until we are registered, Adam Broniewski is responsible for the personal data described below.
We only collect what we need to run the community and reply to you. Cookies and visit counts help us understand who comes, and how to reach them. We never sell your information. We keep what we have so we can look after the community well, and we do not buy lists.
A few trusted services do specific jobs on our behalf. Each is a processor bound to handle your data only as instructed.
We prefer providers that keep data within the EU/EEA where we can. PostHog runs on an EU host. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, including Resend, YouTube (Google), and sometimes Cloudflare's global edge, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Under the GDPR (AVG) you can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, hand it over in a portable form, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent at any time. It will not affect anything we did before you did.
To exercise any of these, write to [email protected]. We will reply within a month. If you think we have got it wrong, you have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
When something material changes, we update this page and the date below. The version you are reading is the one that applies.
